Removal of the Tiller shroud will be necessary to access the electronics,
charger plug and key switch or to repair or replace the wiring loom.
Usual time allowance is 12 minutes to remove and replace
Without Factory tooling I have used a 1/2inch and 3/8 socket bar to
secure the rim in a vice. Use plenty of soap to lubricate the tyre over
the rim. The tyre comes off over the inside or back of the rim. Do
not attempt to remove over the front or outside. Use the recess or
cutout on the inside of the rim and the tyre easily comes off.
